This Thursday, the French Judo team lost in the final of the Mixed Team World Championships against Japan. This is their 5th medal in these Worlds.
At the end of a very beautiful course throughout the day, theFrench team de Judo finally lost in the final of the Mixed Team World Championships against Japan. The Japanese won the event for the seventh consecutive time and at the same time took their revenge on the Blues, who had beaten them in the final of the Tokyo Olympics last summer.

Led twice, the tricolor had picked up the score thanks to the victories of Romane Dicko and Sarah-Léonie Cysique but ended up giving in with the defeats of Joan-Benjamin Gaba and Marie-Eve Gahié. Final score 4-2.
The French team therefore leaves Tashkent with 5 medals: One in gold (Dicko), one in silver (mixed team) and three in bronze (Buchard, Deketer and Tolofua).
