Gareth Bale at Real Madrid is officially over. After nine years in the meringue tunic – including one spent on loan at Tottenham – the Welshman is flying to Los Angeles FC.
The Californian club announced the news on Monday, stating that the 32-year-old had signed a contract for one season – plus an option.
As part of this transfer, and in accordance with the rules of the MLS, the franchise which has just offered the emblematic defender of Juve Giorgio Chiellini must pay 47,500 euros to Inter Miami under “discovery rights”. David Beckham’s club had indeed positioned itself primarily on the Dragon.
Gareth Bale is Black & Gold.
