Hard blow for the formation of Ineos Grenadiers. One of its leaders, Geraint Thomas crashed heavily during the 3rd stage of the Tour de France, between Lorient and Pontivy.

The Welshman, who left with difficulty while holding his collarbone, found himself on the ground when passing a speed bump 144 kilometers from the finish line.

The former winner of the Great Loop unfortunately dragged Primoz Roglic’s lieutenants into his fall: Tony Martin and Robert Gesink. The latter was even forced to give up.
